A good night’s sleep can help, at least some. Others claim Omega-3 fatty acids can help, but the science isn’t clear. Lycopene might help a little (up 9% after 10 weeks)… while soy lowered it (down 9%). So what about a consistent method to increase adiponectin by a significant amount…?

And on top of all that, hotel ‘checkout’ was in 3-4 hours. So I had to make due with the room I was in and the time I had.
“I had 9 cold packs that barely fit in the small freezer in the mini-fridge in my room, but had 11 more packs I’d brought and had them stored in the front desk refrigerator the night before. Apparently, the front desk worker from the night before had put all the packs in the refrigerator section, not the freezer — those packs were all half thawed!!!
