Harness the power of cold to burn fat and build muscle: the most important variables are time and intensity.
A good “starter” routine could be:
- 30min wearing the Cool Fat Burner & Cool Gut Buster
- 5-7 days a week
- for 4-6 weeks
- Cold thermogenesis can be done at different pre-defined intensities, each bringing their own levels of effects
Also consider supporting factors in thermal loading.
Do not start your session over-heated. Some even take cool showers to jump-start their Cool Fat Burner session.
Wear shorts (and bra/sports bra for women)
During higher intensity sessions, many also wear socks and gloves.
Wear the Cool Fat Burner in a room 70 degrees or less. To get an even bigger effect and burn even more calories, set the temp lower during the session.
Start with 30 minutes sessions. Get your doctor’s permission before moving up to hours-long sessions and higher intensities.
